Return Policy for Riviera BizWomen:

At Riviera BizWomen, we take pride in delivering unique, made-to-order products crafted to your specifications. Whether you’re exploring our range of physical goods or digital products, please be aware of our return policy.

Physical Products:

  • We do not support returns or exchanges for instances where customers have ordered the wrong size, color, or changed their mind, as each product is produced uniquely upon order.

  • If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, please reach out to our team within 30 days of product delivery through our contact form. Attach a clear photo illustrating the issue for our prompt assistance.

  • Refunds for physical products will be issued to your account balance.

  • In the case of issues impacting multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame is required for confirmation purposes.

  • Riviera BizWomen will not be held accountable nor offer replacements or refunds if customers order the wrong size or color.

  • In the event of unsuccessful deliveries, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) products, a tolerance of 0.5″ is accepted for print placement, meaning minor variations will not be considered defects.

Digital Products:

  • Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on digital products. Once the purchase is complete, the transaction is final.
